Yayyyy! It's been a while since I've posted an 'interviewing..' post - almost a year! I've said this before but this is probably my fave series on the blog, interviewing some of my favourite instagrammers and bloggers and hearing their tips and tricks and a bit more about them!
Sooo today I asked Tash Bonniface, an instagrammer with 15.5k followers, some questions. Her colourful photos and fashion inspires so many and if you aren't following her already, here's the link to her instagram!

When and why did you start your instagram? /
I started Instagram back in 2014 or 2015 I believe, it was just the next big thing since Facebook and everyone I knew had just discovered it so obviously I was tempted to make an account!
How much has your Instagram changed since then? /
Well... don't be too tempted to scroll back to then but I used to take selfies and add the Valencia filter and upload like 4 times in a row. My Instagram now is like a wee job on the side of my real life - back then it was just for a laugh.
The people who inspire me the most are my family and friends, just everyday normal people trying to make it through! I also am inspired by people who can completely just be themselves and be comfortable with it. My favourite Instagrammers would be @wethespies @abbyplested @ashowens_
How do you edit your photos and keep a good and consistent feed? /
I edit my photos with VSCO cam! I feel like my feed is so messy, but I just try keep it colourful and fun and use the same filter most of the time!
What’s your favourite way to interact with your followers? /
I really just love if I do an Instagram story and someone replies to it saying they can relate or that they love this. It's only small but means so much, little gestures are the best.
What is the best present you have ever received? /
When I turned 21 I was obsessed with boo the dog and my best friend got me boo the dog merchandise EVERYTHING for my birthday.. the dream!
A funny or embarrassing story? /
I will honestly never forget this story... I must've been about 12/13 at the time and I was with my neighbour selling cookies to raise money for her netball team. Anyway, we knocked on someone's door and this BIG dog came running out straight at me and I got such a fright I literally took a wee all over their front doormat... the person came out and gave me the most disgusted look before I had the chance to run away, hahaha I will never live it down.
What is the best thing about Instagram? /
Just being able to connect with like-minded people and being able to be as creative as you like and people enjoying your creative work. It has lead me to work with so many cool people and brands.
What 3 things make your day? /
1) A GOOD FEED (I am such a foodie. Always thinking about dinner, including now)
2) Dogs. Seriously if I see a dog on the street or see videos of dogs online it instantly makes me feel a little better.
3) Laughing with the people I love. Nothing can make you feel as good as a good laugh can.
What is the favourite thing in your room? /
My favourite thing in my room would have to be this snow globe my nana got me as a gift, it says I love you to the moon and back with a moon inside that spins when you turn it.. and glitter goes around the moon. So cute. I also have photos of my parents and best friends next to my bed that I love.
Your perfect day looks like… /
My perfect day would be around 29 degrees, sun shining but a little breeze, packing a picnic with cheese and wine and sitting on the grass under the harbour bridge with either Stevo or my besties.
Thank you so much to Tash and I hope you all enjoyed reading and learning a little bit more about her!
